Deposits
Deposits can be made for yourself or on behalf of your club or National Committee. Deposits for your club or National Committee can be allocated to the designated individuals later. When you determine who will be your registrants, AND TRANSFERED DEPOSITS, they can complete their own registrations 

Late Payment of Balance Owed
Any Early Bird or Regular Congress Fees paid after their respective due dates, will automatically increase to the next scheduled price tier.  Multiple reminders are issued in advance of cutoff dates and the registrant is responsible for meeting their balance of payment deadline. 
Any balance owed payment made after April 15 will be subject to a $50 administration charge.

Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are insurance that congress host club can ensure payment of their upfront costs associated with hosting.  This policy was approved by the NASC Joint Management Committee following a catastrophic event forcing a congress cancellation 3 weeks out. The only exception is if there is a medical situation with written documentation provided by a professional licensed care giver.

Registration cancellations up to April 15 for the balance of registration fees paid may be subject to a refund administrative fee of $100 per person.

NO REFUNDS for cancellations made after April 15, will be granted, unless a medical situation occurs and written documentation from a professional licensed care giver is provided.

Refunds will not be made for any registrant who does not attend and is simply a “NO SHOW”.

No refunds will be made for any component included in the Congress package but not used. 

Trip Cancellation Insurance Is Reocmmended
Receive a quote and/or book your travel insurance with our SKAL Calgary member.  Your insurance will be charged in CAD dollars.

Processing Fee on all transactions
Administrative fee 3.5% for all automated transactions. Manually processed transactions are subject to a 3.9% administrative fee.

Variances
If there is a discrepancy between the amount charge on the credit card and the amount shown on this website, prices on the website prevail.
